let’s see if I can think of ten more things!
again?! :p
my 100 facts are getting done real quick!
again?! lol
1. I have a pet sparrow that we named Captain Jack. No, seriously.
2. I always seem to make things harder than they are.
3. I always seem to ‘get’ things before other people. I don’t know why. Like someone will say something funny, there’s a beat, and then they laugh. But I’m already laughing, there is no beat for me. My mom even commented on it once saying ‘wow you’re fast’.
4. I used to have a lazy eye but it fixed itself as I grew up. I thought I was going to have to wear glasses my whole life, but my vision is the best in my family right now and I don’t have to wear glasses, thank god.
5. I got my sister addicted to Chai tea.
6. yoga, dance and swimming are the only way you can get me to exercise.
7. I love turtles, especially sea turtles. I love it when they eat, it’s so cute.
8. I might have Celiac disease
9. I love Peanuts (the comic)
10. I like pecans too. especially candied. yum.
lol again? 4th time now!
ok let’s see if I can think of 10 more.
34.) I love medieval times/the renaissance whatever you want to call it. I LOVE the Renaissance festival and go every year. It’s a big deal in my household. I go dressed up, complete with a sword and everything, and my dress is custom made by my mom. I love everything about it, the costumes and atmosphere. I feel like Harry Potter conventions and Renfest are the only places I can really be myself (other than tumblr of course).
Plus I’m a huge anglophile and the ONLY history I care about is British history. seriously, I hate history but this period in time fascinates me.
I often wish I were born during those times, but I would probably be dead. Not to mention the way women were treated and the fact that they didn’t have the medicine we have today.
On one hand I love the chivalry and the ‘gentlemanly’ way guys treated girls (calling us ‘milady’ and standing when we enter a room) but at the same time women were treated as nothing more than an object used for sex, usually not even able to pick who they married.
but I love this time period, yes I do.
I would work at Renfest if it wasn’t so far away. I would like to go to more festivals, too.
Also, I think jousting should still be a sport. Seriously, it’s more interesting than football or baseball.
LOL this is my third time doing this.
here goes:
1. I collect postcards, mugs, rocks, sea glass/things I find on the beach, theatre programs, ticket stubs, my bird’s feathers, my hedgehog’s quills, and keychains.
2. I’m not scared of needles. At all. Unless you threaten to stick one in my eye, then imma cut a bitch (they did that on House and Grey’s Anatomy D:)
3. My family has a thing for white or albino animals.
4. I want a sun Conure. they are so pretty (bird).
5. I also want a slow loris.
6. we have a pet sparrow we named Captain Jack
7. I love cheesecake
8. I love Chai tea.
9. also Fuze cold green tea. nom.
10. I make jewelry.
again? ok :p
1. I have so many doctors I’ve lost count
2. I’m not a huge shipper. There are certain ships I prefer over others but I don’t make a big deal out of it.
3. I have blue eyes but I’ve been told I have all the other colors on separate occasions. So I guess they change color depending on what I’m wearing (or would seem to).
4. I was a fearless kid. I would climb trees, ride my bike in traffic, go down the hill on our street in rollerblades, etc. (I would not do any of those things now. Spiders in the trees, ahhh.)
5. I have an obsession with jewelry.
6. I’m a very messy person.
7. Macbeth is my favorite of Shakespeare’s plays and I do truly enjoy it.
8. I have a huge interest in the paranormal.
9. we have several exotic pets, and if it were up to us, we’d have a lot more.
10. I adore butterscotch and caramel, which is unfortunate for me because both usually have brown food color in them.
12.) I like bright bold colors. Blue and pink are my favorite, especially together, then followed by red. I’ve always liked bright/multicolored/flashy things. Think Lisa Frank, lol and thus, I’ve always loved rainbows. I used to wear the flashiest things to school on a normal day and not even think it was unusual to be wearing shiny gold sneakers or silver pants. Or something covered in sequins. And I still like the flashiest things. I like to think I have my own style, sort of bright, flashy, yet still sophisticated and with some goth and a hint of prep. Sort of punk but not really.
11.) I can’t stand having short nails. I’m blessed with nails that grow hard and long (get your mind out of the gutter) but occasionally they will rip, and sometimes below the skin so I have to cut my nail down to skin level and I HATE that feeling. My nails are always long.
which might be a problem for future relationships
oh ok. this will count for today’s ‘100 facts’ :p
1. I never take the first item off of a shelf. I think it comes from working at Bath & Body Works where the first item is usually opened/played with. Plus I know that stores put their newest stuff in the back.
2. I’m sensitive to food coloring. No Pepsi or Skittles for me. if I do I get a horrible migraine and I’m in bed for days. It’s been 11 years, though, so I have found suitable alternatives for things.
3. I’m also sensitive to MSG, nitrates, and maybe wheat gluten. I have to have special hot dogs. Yeah, eating out is a nightmare for me.
4. I adore shopping.
5. I really like glass art. I want to take a glass blowing class one day. Dale Chihuly is one of my favorites.
6. I went to London in 2005 and I’ve been trying to go back since. It was a really fun trip. And we went to Paris for one day. Even though I got horribly sick when I got back, I enjoyed myself.
7. at any moment you are talking to me I am in pain. I’m in pain 24/7 an have been for 11 years. Doctors can’t figure it out.
8. I’ve been on and off of Excedrin for a decade. That’s why I relate to House. It’s not Vicodin, but to a point I understand what he’s feeling.
9. I have no interest in cooking. I hope to marry a guy who cooks :p
10. and actually, I only eat because I have to. other than cheesecake, I’m not big on food.
